Definition of personal information
All information that can be used to identify an individual is considered personal information. Examples of personal information include name, phone number, age, sex, marital status, address, etc. All personal information will be treated with the utmost care.
Use of collected information
If you choose to participate in the survey, we collect basic information before evaluating our service to process information about your experience. The information collected includes sex, age, education, region where the loved one resides, and marital status. This allows us to develop a portrait of the types of calls we receive, follow up as needed, and collect data in accordance with our security policies.
Only staff members have access to the data and only in the performance of their duties.
We use the information you voluntarily provide solely to contact you and compile demographic data about the types of calls we receive.
We may share this information with third parties, while protecting the privacy and identity of those involved, in the case of partnerships, research, or the creation of guides and training tools.
Transmission of your contact information to third parties
Unless required by law (judicial testimony, interrogation, request for documents, subpoena, request for a civil investigation or similar proceeding pursuant to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or to comply with applicable conditions imposed by a government agency or other regulatory body, or other legal obligations), such information will never be made public, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your consent.
